** AG is looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join the Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, this role will be responsible for designing best in class digital experiences and interfaces that drives engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital design, user journey, site functionality, conversion optimization and will be highly in-tune with industry best practices.
Work closely with business users, cross-functional team members, developers and external partners to translate design concepts into clear and concise annotations, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
Manage and build designs from concept to final design and communicate them to business users and stakeholders.
Integrate UX principles such as visual design, architecture, interaction design, user search and content strategy into the division’s content eco-system.
Continuously brainstorm, storyboard and wireframe site experiences, user journeys and site functionality.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to measure, improve and execute new site functionality and user experience.
Build personalization experiences and A/B test campaigns that drive’s retention, loyalty and repeat-purchases.
Digital commerce experience designing, prototyping and optimizing for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Solid understanding of digital design, mobile design and responsive design methodologies.
Highly analytical and data driven approach to designing and building experiences.
Obsessive with the details, ensuring all digital properties are pixel perfect.
Must provide a portfolio of design projects that illustrates user flows, wireframes and end product from start to finish.
Strong communication skills, able to collaborate and effectively communicate to business teams and technical teams.
Experience in Fashion/Apparel is a plus.
